About Me
- Name: Alex Seidel
- Location: Redmond, Washington, United States
Christ is the leader of my amazing and at times very painful life. I won't get too deeply into my career. It’s confusing. I have been in some form of marketing or creative communication for much of my working life. Currently, I am a freelance writer for web startups in the Seattle area. First, my main goal is to be on mission for Jesus, living His life out the best I can in mine. Then it is to connect with the lost in the places they hang, like clubs, bars, and other cultural spots that are prevalent in Seattle. Then, I would love to have a family again and be an exemplary father, after being divorced. My long-term hare-brained goal is to write a screenplay. First things first though. I have had many great experiences because I was brought up bi-culturally. My mom is full-on German, and my first language was German (even though I was born in the states). My experiences in East Germany prior to reunification have had a profound impact on my political beliefs. God's Holy Word informs my life, though imperfectly and haphazardly. God is working hard toward our eventual perfection. That's me in a nutshell. Hope this quenches your deep curiosity.

The Origins Travel and Photo Blog

Dominic Massaro aka Graffiti61, mixing ambient loops pre-session. Chatted with Dominic at length. His humility and talent, coupled with his passion for God were inspiring. All of the Mosaic crew exhibited this.

The Timberlake group in front of the Mayan. Ron Worman, Ed Belleba, GaryG, The Big A, and Henriet, l - r. Photo credit to Barry Odom, the fine lead pastor of Eastside Mosaic in Issaquah.

One of the many pagan Gods depicted at the Mayan. Yet church is held here every Sunday. A picture of the early church maybe??

Dessert reception on the top of the Hyatt. Alex McManus on lead guitar and his Brazilian wife signing. Music was a mix of ambient, jazz and world flavors. Very cool!

The LA (un)skyline from the the 24th floor of the Hyatt. Note the chopper just above right of the Staples Center. Choppers were all over in the wake of a rash of recent highway shootings.
